Odisha Governor, CM Extend Warm Wishes to Naveen Patnaik on 79th Birthday

Odisha Governor Hari Babu Kambhampati and Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Thursday extended their warm greetings to Biju Janata Dal (BJD) president and Leader of the Opposition, Naveen Patnaik, on his 79th birthday.

Governor Kambhampati took to social media to convey his wishes, writing on X (formerly Twitter): “Warm birthday greetings to Shri @Naveen_Odisha Ji. May Mahaprabhu Jagannath bless him with good health, happiness, and a long life ahead.”

The Chief Minister’s Office also issued a statement, noting that Majhi conveyed “heartfelt birthday wishes” to Patnaik, wishing him continued well-being and happiness.

Naveen Patnaik, who served as Odisha’s Chief Minister for over two decades, remains one of the state’s most prominent political figures. On his birthday, social media platforms were flooded with messages from supporters, party workers, and leaders across political lines, celebrating his contributions to Odisha’s development and public life.
