Aamir Khan’s ‘Sitaare Zameen Par’ Crosses ₹100 Crore Mark at Box Office

Aamir Khan’s latest offering, Sitaare Zameen Par, has struck gold at the box office, raking in an impressive ₹107.78 crore within just over a week of its theatrical release. The emotional drama, which hit theatres on June 20, continues to draw audiences nationwide.

Directed by R S Prasanna, the film is billed as a spiritual successor to Khan’s critically acclaimed 2007 film Taare Zameen Par. Like its predecessor, Sitaare Zameen Par explores the lives of children with unique abilities, but with a fresh narrative and updated social context.

The film has been produced by Aamir Khan Productions in collaboration with Aparna Purohit and Ravi Bhagchandka. Khan, who also plays the lead role, has once again managed to strike an emotional chord with viewers, earning both critical and commercial acclaim.
