CM Naidu Lays Foundation for Raymond Group’s ₹1,201-Crore Projects in Vizag

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Saturday virtually laid the foundation stone for three major Raymond Group projects worth ₹1,201 crore, marking a significant boost to the state’s industrial and manufacturing landscape. The event took place on the concluding day of the 30th CII Partnership Summit in Visakhapatnam.

The investment package includes a Silver Scrap Apparel Manufacturing Park and two cutting-edge facilities — JK Maini Global Aerospace Ltd and JK Maini Global Precision Ltd. These units are expected to strengthen Andhra Pradesh’s footprint in both the textile and aerospace sectors, generating substantial employment opportunities and contributing to high-value manufacturing.

According to an official release, the Chief Minister highlighted the importance of industry collaboration in driving economic growth and expressed confidence that Raymond Group’s projects will accelerate the state’s development goals.

The projects, once operational, are expected to support the state’s vision of becoming a preferred destination for global investors through advanced technologies, skilled workforce expansion, and sustainable industrial practices.
