Yami Gautam’s ‘Nayi Naveli’ to Hit Theatres on October 16 This Dussehra

MUMBAI, Aug 22: Yami Gautam-starrer Nayi Naveli is set to bring a mix of fantasy, comedy and family drama to cinemas this Dussehra, with the film scheduled to release on October 16.

Produced by Aanand L. Rai and Himanshu Sharma, the film is directed by Balaji Mohan and written by Himanshu Sharma and Divya Nidhi Sharma. The music has been composed by G.V. Prakash Kumar.

Set in Meerut, the film follows a dysfunctional family whose lives take an unexpected turn with the arrival of a seemingly perfect bride. While her presence transforms the household into a paradise, her brother-in-law begins to suspect that there may be something supernatural about her.

Nikhil Madhok, Director and Head of SVOD Originals, Amazon MGM Studios and Prime Video India, said the film has shaped up as an ideal family entertainer for the Dussehra festive season. He also praised Yami Gautam and the creative team, expressing confidence that the film will appeal to family audiences.
