GX Group, Ingram Micro boost SE Asia

GX Group Partners with Ingram Micro to Ship Broadband Equipment to Southeast Asia

Indian broadband gear manufacturer GX Group has announced a strategic partnership with Ingram Micro India to export its broadband equipment to Southeast Asian markets. The collaboration is expected to strengthen GX Group’s global footprint and expand access to its telecom solutions across the fast-growing region.

The tie-up comes at a time when GX Group, a qualified participant in India’s telecom production-linked incentive (PLI) scheme, is scaling up its manufacturing and export capabilities. The company is one of the 42 telecom gear makers selected under the PLI initiative aimed at boosting domestic production and enhancing global competitiveness.

“We are incredibly enthusiastic about the immense opportunities this collaboration with Ingram Micro will unlock for our partners and customers across Southeast Asia,” said Sambit Swain, Director for Global Sales at GX Group. “This alliance will help us streamline our distribution and ensure faster deployment of broadband solutions in key markets.”

Ingram Micro, a global leader in technology distribution, will facilitate the efficient and timely shipment of GX Group’s broadband products to countries in the Southeast Asian region. The partnership is seen as a step forward in strengthening India’s position as a global hub for telecom manufacturing and exports.

Industry experts believe that the collaboration will not only benefit GX Group’s business growth but also support regional connectivity goals by enabling wider access to high-quality broadband equipment.

With demand for broadband infrastructure on the rise in Southeast Asia, the GX-Ingram partnership is well-timed to meet evolving market needs and drive digital transformation across emerging economies.
