In a vibrant celebration of fitness, culture, and social responsibility, GauRUN Jaipur 2025 made history on Sunday (November 16), attracting more than 25,000 participants and securing its place in both the India Book of Records and the Asia Book of Records. The marathon, dedicated to raising awareness about the conservation of India’s indigenous cow breeds, became the country’s largest event focused on cow protection.

Presented by TBZ – Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri, the landmark event saw participation from professional runners across India and overseas, along with thousands of fitness enthusiasts and supporters of the cause. Jaipur’s streets came alive with cultural performances, devotional recitations, and spirited displays of Gau-sanskriti, turning the marathon into a festive celebration.

Several prominent spiritual and social leaders attended the event, including Shri Ajit Mahapatra, head of the Gauseva wing of RSS; Shri Rajaram, VHP Rajasthan head; and Sant Shri Prakash Das Maharaj. Key organisers such as Narendra Kumar, National President of RGSS and Chairman of Hindrise Social Welfare Foundation; Bharat Singh Rajpurohit, Chief Organiser of GauRUN Jaipur; and Rohit Bisht, Founder of Mati India, also marked their presence and support.

The gathering featured participation from state and central government representatives, farmers, cattle keepers, students, and several social organisations from across the country, all contributing to the event’s message of promoting respect and protection for India’s indigenous cattle.

With its blend of devotion, fitness, and cultural pride, GauRUN Jaipur 2025 has set a new benchmark for socially driven mass events in India, reinforcing the significance of community-led movements in conservation and heritage promotion.
