Belrise Industries to Acquire H-One India, Boosting Automotive Capabilities
Belrise Industries, an IPO-bound auto components manufacturer, announced on Friday its acquisition of H-One India, the Indian subsidiary of Japan-based H-One Co. The strategic move is expected to significantly enhance Belrise’s design and manufacturing capabilities in the automotive sector.

The company stated that the acquisition will strengthen its position as a key supplier of chassis systems and body-in-white components to leading automobile manufacturers in India.
