Aadinath Kothare Calls ‘Ramayana’ Passion Project

Actor Aadinath Kothare has described filmmaker Nitesh Tiwari’s ambitious film Ramayana as one of the most passionately and honestly made projects in Indian cinema, expressing confidence in its global appeal.

Kothare, who plays Bharat in the much-anticipated film, said the project has the potential to elevate Indian cinema on the international stage. “It’s one of the most honestly, passionately and ambitiously made cinema on Indian soil. I’m proud of it. It is the most honest film ever made, it is one of the finest scripts I’ve read,” he said in an interview.

The film boasts a star-studded cast, including Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram, Yash as Ravana, Sai Pallavi as Goddess Sita, Sunny Deol as Lord Hanuman, and Ravie Dubey as Lord Lakshman.

Billed as a grand cinematic spectacle, Ramayana has generated significant buzz for its scale, casting, and storytelling ambition. Kothare’s strong endorsement has further heightened anticipation among audiences eagerly awaiting the film’s release.
