Motherson Eyes $108 Billion by 2030

Motherson Group remains firmly on track to achieve its ambitious target of USD 108 billion in revenue by 2030, Chairman Vivek Chaand Sehgal said on Friday.
The diversified global manufacturer, which operates more than 425 manufacturing facilities worldwide, currently caters to a wide range of industries including automotive components, aerospace, and industrial solutions. The group reported a revenue of USD 25.7 billion in FY25, reflecting steady growth across key markets.
Expressing confidence in the company’s long-term outlook, Sehgal said the pathway to achieving the 2030 milestone is supported by strong global demand and expanding business opportunities.
“I think the options, the opportunities are there. We have to be the guys who are going to convert it,” he noted, underlining the company’s focus on execution and strategic expansion.
Over the past few years, Motherson has pursued aggressive capacity expansion, acquisitions, and diversification to strengthen its global footprint. The company continues to leverage its strong presence in the automotive sector while accelerating growth in aerospace and emerging technology-driven segments.
Industry analysts note that to reach the USD 108 billion mark, the group will need to sustain robust organic growth alongside strategic acquisitions, particularly in high-growth regions.
With a broad manufacturing base and diversified customer portfolio, Motherson appears poised to capitalize on evolving global supply chain dynamics as it advances toward its 2030 revenue goal.
