Prof. Shridhar Dwivedi Highlights Interdependence of Health and Sanitation at CSIR-NIScPR Event

Today, at the National Institute of Science Communication and Policy Research (NIScPR), under the esteemed Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), an enlightening lecture titled “Health and Sanitation: Both are linked together” captivated the audience, emphasizing the indispensable connection between cleanliness and well-being.

The lecture, a pivotal event during the ongoing Swachhata Pakhwada organized by CSIR-NIScPR, was graced by Prof. Shridhar Dwivedi, a distinguished Senior Consultant Cardiologist and Head of Academics at the National Heart Institute. Held at the institute’s Vivekananda Hall, the lecture garnered attention to the intrinsic correlation between cleanliness and overall health.

Prof. Dwivedi, in his address, underscored the significance of not only physical health but also mental and spiritual well-being. He underscored the universal endorsement of cleanliness across religions and urged the audience to perpetuate the healthy habits embraced during the COVID-19 pandemic.
