Vikram Solar on Monday announced that it has surpassed 10 GW in cumulative global solar module deployments, marking a significant milestone in its growth journey.

According to a company statement, the 10 GW capacity—equivalent to over 25 million solar modules installed worldwide—is sufficient to power more than 5 million homes in India, underscoring the firm’s expanding footprint in the renewable energy sector.

The company also highlighted that it has doubled its cumulative deployments from 5 GW to 10 GW in just two years, reflecting strong market demand and a steady growth trajectory built over the past two decades.

Industry observers note that the milestone comes amid rising global adoption of clean energy solutions, with solar power playing a central role in the transition toward sustainability.

With this achievement, Vikram Solar continues to strengthen its position as a key player in the international solar energy market, contributing to both India’s and the world’s renewable energy goals.
