XLRI Concludes Summer Internship Placements 2025 with 100% Success Across Campuses
XLRI – Xavier School of Management has successfully completed its Summer Internship Placement (SIP) process for the batch of 2025–27, achieving 100% placements for all 583 students across its Jamshedpur and Delhi-NCR campuses. The prestigious B-school recorded 584 internship offers from 114 leading organizations, including 28 first-time recruiters.
The placements spanned multiple domains — Consulting, Finance, Sales & Marketing, General Management, Product Management, Operations, Systems/IT, and Human Resources — underscoring XLRI’s strong industry connections and consistent placement record.
The average stipend stood at ₹1.6 lakh per month, with a median of ₹1.55 lakh per month, while the highest domestic offer reached ₹3.5 lakh per month, extended by JP Morgan Chase in the BFSI sector. The top 5%, 10%, and 25% of students received impressive averages of ₹2.49 LPM, ₹2.40 LPM, and ₹2.23 LPM, respectively. Notably, 38% of the batch secured stipends above ₹2 LPM, and over 80% earned more than ₹1 LPM.

Consulting & Advisory: Accounting for nearly 30% of total offers, major consulting giants — Bain, BCG, McKinsey, EY Parthenon, PwC US, and Deloitte USI — reinforced XLRI’s reputation as a preferred consulting campus.
BFSI: Financial leaders including Goldman Sachs, HSBC, Barclays, Citi, and Deutsche Bank offered positions across investment banking, wealth management, and markets.
FMCG & Consumer Durables: Global brands such as HUL, ITC, Nestlé, Reckitt, Marico, and PepsiCo continued strong engagement with diverse marketing and supply chain roles.
Conglomerates & E-commerce: Firms like Aditya Birla Group, Tata Administrative Services, JSW, Amazon, Flipkart, and JioStar led recruitment across management and digital operations roles.
