PM Modi to Celebrate Odisha BJP Anniversary

PM Modi to Visit Odisha on June 20 for BJP Government’s First Anniversary Celebration
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit Odisha on June 20 to attend a grand celebration marking the first anniversary of the BJP government led by Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, a senior state minister announced on Saturday.
While the BJP government’s first anniversary officially falls on June 12, the main event will be held on June 20 to coincide with the Prime Minister’s visit, said Revenue and Disaster Management Minister Suresh Pujari.
“There have been several changes in the programme schedules for the completion of the first year of the Mohan Charan Majhi government. Though the government was formed on June 12, 2024, the primary anniversary function will take place on June 20 in view of the Prime Minister’s availability,” Pujari said.
The celebration is expected to be a large-scale event highlighting the achievements and future plans of the BJP government in Odisha. It will also provide an opportunity for the party to connect with its supporters and showcase its governance initiatives over the past year.
Preparations for the event are underway across the state, with the government ensuring all arrangements are in place for the Prime Minister’s visit and the anniversary celebrations.
