Speaking at a felicitation event hosted by the Indian Oil Corporation in collaboration with PCI, Jhajharia emphasized the determination of India’s para-athletes to improve upon their previous achievements.
“I want to thank everyone for the overwhelming support extended to our para-athletes. This felicitation event is a great motivation for them to excel in future games,” Jhajharia stated. He assured the audience that Team India will deliver a stellar performance at the 2028 Games, marking a new chapter in the nation’s para-sports history. “I promise everyone, on behalf of the athletes, that we will win at least 40 to 50 medals in the next edition of the Games,” he added.
