Odisha Leaders Unite, Hail Operation Sindoor

Odisha CM Hails Operation Sindoor, Says India Stands United With Armed Forces

Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Wednesday extended strong support to the Indian Armed Forces following their decisive strikes under Operation Sindoor against terror camps in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. The chief minister lauded the forces for their precision and courage, asserting that the nation stands united against threats to its sovereignty.

Taking to social media platform X (formerly Twitter), Majhi wrote, “India stands united. Salute to our brave Armed Forces for the precision and resolve shown in #OperationSindoor. Every strike on terror is a message — we will not tolerate threats to our sovereignty.”

Operation Sindoor was launched in response to heightened cross-border threats and aims at dismantling terror infrastructure targeting Indian territory. The operation has drawn widespread national support across party lines.

Adding to the chorus of appreciation, Leader of Opposition and BJD president Naveen Patnaik also saluted the armed forces. In a brief but impactful message on social media, he wrote “Jai Hind,” acknowledging the bravery and dedication of India’s soldiers.

The statements from Odisha’s top political leaders reflect a rare moment of unity in support of national security, as the country rallies behind its armed forces amid escalating tensions with Pakistan.
