Odisha CM Majhi Assigns Development Responsibilities to Deputy CMs and Ministers

In a significant move towards enhancing development across the state, Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi announced the assignment of district responsibilities to various Deputy Chief Ministers and ministers during a press briefing on Thursday.

As per a statement released by the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO), Deputy Chief Minister K.V. Singh Deo has been tasked with overseeing development activities in the Cuttack and Jagatsinghpur districts. Meanwhile, fellow Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida will take charge of Balasore and Bhadrak, ensuring that these regions receive focused attention for their growth.

Additionally, Revenue Minister Suresh Pujari has been entrusted with the responsibility of monitoring development in Sundargarh and Deogarh, while State Minister Rabi Narayan Naik will oversee Sonepur and Bolangir districts. This delegation of responsibilities aims to streamline governance and foster progress in these key areas of the state.
