NCLT Approves Merger of Inox Wind Energy with Inox Wind

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Chandigarh bench, has approved the merger of Inox Wind Energy Ltd with Inox Wind Ltd, marking a key step in streamlining the wind energy operations of the INOXGFL Group.

The tribunal’s order, passed on Tuesday, allows Inox Wind Energy Ltd to be officially amalgamated into Inox Wind Ltd (IWL), the company announced in a statement on Wednesday.

According to the INOXGFL Group, the merger is aimed at simplifying the group’s corporate structure and boosting overall operational efficiencies across its wind business vertical.

“This consolidation will help in optimizing resources, improving cost synergies, and delivering enhanced value to all stakeholders,” the statement added.

Industry experts see the merger as a strategic move to strengthen Inox Wind’s position in the renewable energy sector amid growing focus on clean and sustainable power solutions.
