India’s services exports reached a historic milestone of USD 34.31 billion in October, driven by continuous investment in digital infrastructure and strong policy support, according to a commerce ministry official.

The official highlighted that India’s leadership in digitally delivered services, powered by its robust IT sector and skilled workforce, has been a key factor. Services traded through digital platforms, including data centres, high-speed internet, and digital intermediaries, have seen exponential growth.
