Television actress Hina Khan, known for her role in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, has tied the knot with her longtime partner Rocky Jaiswal in a private ceremony held on June 4, 2025. The couple, who met on the sets of the show where Rocky was the supervising producer, have been together for over 13 years.

The wedding was a heartfelt affair, especially poignant as Hina is currently undergoing treatment for stage 3 breast cancer. Despite the challenges, the couple chose to celebrate their enduring love with a civil ceremony attended by close friends and family.
