Diljit Dosanjh’s ‘Detective Sherdil’ Set for Digital Premiere on ZEE5 on June 20

Punjabi cinema’s charismatic superstar Diljit Dosanjh is all set to return to the screen in a unique avatar with his upcoming film ‘Detective Sherdil,’ which is slated for a digital premiere on ZEE5 on June 20. A blend of comedy and thriller, the film promises to entertain audiences with a perfect mix of laughter, mystery, and family-friendly storytelling.

Directed by debutant Ravi Chhabria, ‘Detective Sherdil’ features Dosanjh in the role of a quirky private investigator drawn into a bizarre and unexpected case. Shot in the picturesque locales of Budapest, the film offers an intriguing visual appeal alongside a gripping narrative.

The screenplay is co-written by Ali Abbas Zafar, Sagar Bajaj, and Ravi Chhabria, with Zafar also serving as producer under his own banner. Speaking about the project, Zafar shared:
