Bloom Hotels revenue surges 36% in FY25

Bloom Hotels posts ₹357 crore revenue in FY25, up 36%
Tech-driven hospitality brand Bloom Hotels has reported a 36.14% year-on-year growth in its operational revenue, reaching ₹357.50 crore in FY 2024-25, compared to ₹262.60 crore in the previous fiscal, according to its annual consolidated financial report.
The company has recorded an impressive sixfold growth in just three years — from ₹58 crore in FY22 to over ₹357 crore in FY25. Its EBITDA stood at ₹75.01 crore, while Profit After Tax (PAT) was ₹15.20 crore during the fiscal year.
Having achieved breakeven recently, Bloom said it aims to sustain profitability while continuing its high-growth trajectory. “We plan to maintain revenue and profit growth within the 30-35% range in the coming years without compromising on capital efficiency, profitability, and product quality,” said Sanjeev Sethi, Chief Operating Officer at Bloom Hotels.
Sethi added that Bloom remains selective in onboarding properties, choosing only 1 in 20 hotels that approach the company. “The market can easily absorb 100,000 rooms, but we intend to grow at our own pace with sustained profitability and a consistent product,” he noted.
The company’s revenue-to-funding ratio — a metric that measures revenue generated per rupee of funding — has now crossed 1, highlighting its strong capital efficiency.
Bloom’s business model continues to focus heavily on room revenue, which contributed 85% of the total income in FY25, followed by 13.1% from food and beverages and 1.9% from other income.
Founded in 2010, Bloom attributes its success to its early tech-first approach — having built its entire platform before onboarding its first hotel — enabling consistent operations and scalable expansion.
Currently, Bloom operates a growing portfolio of properties, with over 75% located in Tier 1 cities, and plans to expand to 5,000 rooms soon. The company is now eyeing Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets for its next phase of growth, targeting an ambitious milestone of 25,000 rooms in the coming years.
